National History Day in Ohio invites 4th and 5th grade students to submit modified exhibits and performances
to 2012 Ohio History Day. The event is tentatively scheduled for April 28, 2012 at Ohio State University.

All teachers planning to bring students for the Youth Division are asked to fill out the Youth Division Pre-Registration Form.
For students to attend the contest in April, teachers must:
1. Fill out or have students fill out and mail in the registration form. (Form will be posted in January)
2. Each school must provide 2 judges for the contest. Please email the national office their names and contact information.
